The 'problem' is an invention. There is nothing unusual about today's temperature (which, by the way, is in decline) and we are not about to overheat and fry to death. CO2 levels are completely within normal range. Or you can believe Fat Gore, and a few other IPCC bods (in Government pay), rather than listen to the thousands of scientists who do not accept the findings of the IPP-fucking-C!
